Subject: INDUCE.... Then REMOVE a headache!!
Hey all,
I was just chatting to Tim a short while ago, and I got a few ideas
when we were confering.
Now this is for EDUCATIONAL purposes only. Seriously guys, I mean it.
I was thinking of the variations & possibilities that one could use
this. The only reason I typed it up is so that I can learn it... "The
best way to learn something is to teach it to someone else".
I'm gonna post some of the transcript (with permission from Tim

Right, okay, I didn't edit it!!
Well onto my idea...
I found a way (with help of Tim ofcourse) that you could induce a
headache in a person by squeezing their "carotids" which really does
make your head thump, and then remove it by either squeezing the
temples or the pressure point combined squeezing the chin (refer
to "Psychological Subtleties" if you want to know more).
So, basically I'm thinking that this can be incorporated with an
anchor (preferably kinsthetic, possibly on their shoulder)...
You ask one of your friends to sqeeze their "carotids" for you
(because you want to try something medical on them). Then you tell
them to hold it there (only for about 10-20 seconds), NOT ANY LONGER,
or they may pass out!! While their doing that when reaching about 17
seconds, you start your anchor, then you tell them to let go, when
they do you sqeeze their left shoulder, and then let go as soon as
it's peaked.
They'll have a headache now... (I've tried it on myself, and my head
is seriously thumping now).
Okay... Now onto removing it...
I'm only going to inform you on one method I've found successful on
removing headaches (which is thoroughly conveyed in "Psychological
Subtleties - Banachek"), but I'm incorpating it differently here..
Tell them to relax a little (into a waking trance if possible), then
you either tell them to remove it with their hands, or you can do it
to them. It really depends on what kind of anchor you want. For
example, if you wanted a kinsthetic anchor then you would let them do
it. But if you wanted to make some sort of visual anchor then you can
do it for them...
I find that removing a headache is best done by a second person,
because of expectation etc... it's difficult to get optimum results
on oneself.
Anyway, back to my method:
Basically you put them a light trance (if you can), or just tell them
to relax... When you feel that this has been accomplised, then you
can start to remove the headache by applying pressure on the relevant
points. Hold the pressure for about 40 seconds, and then let go!!
When you reach about 37 seconds, start your anchor (whatever that may
be), then as soon as she's finished and opened her eyes you can stop
the anchor. But make sure you have it so that the anchor lasts over
the peak..
Now if you've done both steps successfully, you should have two
distinctive anchors. ONE to induce a headache, and one to remove it.
Now when the headache is gone, ask her how she feels, and if the
headache has gone... If she agrees then later on, when she's not
expecting it, fire the anchor!! and ask her how she feels. If it's
worked, she may say something like "I've got a bit of a headache
again". When she says this, fire the other one and it should go away!
Pretty good huh?
Then you can fire both of them at the same time, and her head will
explode >;o)
Now out of this seemingly sadistic post, there is some good that you
can use it for. For example, now that you've got a simple anchor to
cure a headache for her, you can fire it everytime she says that she
doesn't want to go out because of a headache!! :))))
She'll never be able to use that excuse again... heh...
But seriously though, it beats the hell out of Paracetamol in my IMO.
Anyway, hope you've enjoyed reading, and I would ofcourse appreciate
any comments or criticims, especially from the NLP guru's of this
