MMMMmmmmmmm, I know that being obstinate, while demonstrating convinction
to a firm belief, can often cause inadvertant offence. So it is with
that understanding that I really do feel it is important for people
to appreciate the severe risks of altering the blood supply to
the brain in any way.
I do not want to discuss specifics for the fear that someone might read my
"be careful you do not accidentally do <this>" as "<this> is a neat way to
kill someone"
I am sure that a skilled and trained practitioner could execute (now
theres a choice word) the procedure effectively, but _really_ *if* you get
this wrong - you could kill someone, or, better still, turn them into a
"vegetable" (as the vernacular would have it known.)
If you want drastic - try a full blown HSI on the unsuspecting soul.
