What about the sequence at the beginning, where he deduces a hell of a lot from
that guy's hand, if I remember rightly didn't he tell him how many dogs he had
too? hmmm...

and the scientist mind-reading, where he got the girl to figure out what he was
thinking of. are there any lip readers who watched that one?!

the (pseudo) thought-reading effects really are quite startling, the O-U one
where he deduced that the guy was thinking about swimming...just extraordinary.
sort of like the YOI sequence from the first programme, but I seem to recall
that went into even more detail.
