That does make sense, but what doesn't make sense
is that Paul mcKenna would be teaching it to a group
of hypnotherapists to help their patients if it did
have this side effect.
Maybe it is a gentler
and initially more temporary technique that reduces
the fear, and then the patient finds that they have
to, and can deal with it themselves......which is
surely the point of Hypnosis?
