I was hinting at the fact
that, the superman experiments were a susceptibility
test.
Otherwise i would not have thought it worth
mentioning. Would you go live on air and 'fail'?
I
would, as Derren surely would, do 'research'.
My
post, initially seemed to provoke quite a negative
response. Sorry.
And it is agreed that the "we
haven't pause" was deliberate!! . Although he does not
use 'NLP'!!
I am also aware that there are
other 'mentalists', but Derren and Berglas(retired i
think) are probably the best.
I could pick up
Annemann's book, buy the blackboard et al. and call myself a
'mentalist'. It does not mean that i am any good, or that
there is any 'depth' to my work, but i could entertain
never the less.
Counting the number of
contributers to '13 Steps', would possibly give you a decent
indicator of the people worth researching.
If all i
was interested in was the people on TV, I would not
waste my time reading.
Here is a simple
question, "how many practicing 'mentalists' are better than
Derren"?
There are also many NLP masters, but I have my
favourites!!!. (I could count them on one hand).
There
are too many tricks in mentalism for me, i am more a
hypnosis type of person!!!.
So, forgive me for my
ignorance,
