Hi, new to this site, but nevertheless impressed
by the sheer volume of analysis on
Derren...
so in summary,
- Photoreading in MC2 is
mentalism magic and not 'real' photoreading
- Derren
did meet Olga before he was 'live' on the radio,
confirmed via the 'superman' techniques used by hypnotists
to check suggestibility of volunteers, and by him
adding "met" subtly into the show
- Derren
guessing the letter, was a trick, and he did not influence
her in any way
- And guessing of which hand is
still under debate?...
So is this correct?
Views from magicians (though of course not exclusively)
appreciated.
