Do we have to be so rude so quickly to a new
member? Chris, your 'hello' message read perhaps rather
patronisingly - forums like this suffer from all types of
self-styled experts, and if you try and set yourself up as
one, you'll get the backs up of others who think of
themselves as the same.
As the business with Emily
has reminded us, this was set up as a fan site, not a
place for aggrandized ego-battling. There are plenty of
hypnosis newsgroups where people argue idiotically about
Derren in that way.
Incidentally, one
'Headmaster Tony' posted something ages ago about how
Derren's success was due 'in some small part' to him. Is
Tony still on the board?
