Subject: Article in Telegraph
A scathing yet well thought out article by Simon Singh ("The Code
Book", "Fermat's Last Theorem" - both great books, ridiculously
simple though) was published in today's Daily Telegraph. Singh
attacks Derren for presenting magic as psychological, therefore
degrading real science. Though Singh wrongly (I presume) states that
all Derren's effects are just well presented magic tricks, I think
some are ("Walk the Plank", as it has become known).
I'll scan it in tomorrow.
