Subject: the forum: scam?????? or a good thing???
derren and his manager have played a little game called *suggestion*
on lauren...but whever it's a bad thing or a good thing is just down
to how you view it. Given the popularity of this forum derren's
people obviously thought it would be a good idea to have an official
forum. But there was a problem. Laurens forum was too popular, and
everyone felt comfortable in it and had a sense of "fan spirit" so to
speak. They knew that if they set up a forum, hardly anyone would go
to it, out of a sense of duty to this one. So, they couldnt just set
up another one...they had to get rid of this one. They told Lauren
that they were going to make hers "official" so she would send all
the members over there and shurt this one down. Whats really
happening is derren's people are setting up their own forum, taking
all of laurens members, while at the same time ensuring that it will
be the most popular one, by having this one deleted. Then they have
given lauren the job of being ONE OF the moderators, so she thinks it
will still be her forum....which sadly it isnt anymore. The good way
of looking at it is, you all have a better forum now.....:P
personally i like the new forum, i just thought i'd say what the
buisness move was...
