I think you are missing the point. Yes the machine says YES or NO. But
does the machine ACTUALLY pay the money over? No, thats still a human
operation. What DB was doing was overriding the machine saying NO, so the
operator would ignore it and payout nonetheless.
The method of the trick has been explained in both this group (a long time
ago) and on many other sites where other masters have done the same thing.
