---someone mentioned the hands sticking together thing: i have been
trying this for ages and no results!! my mind refuses to believe it
is possible..any tips??---
The hand clasp is always a popular test for suggestability or
induction amoungst hypnotists. Get someone to perform the hand
clasp on you, rather than struggle with self suggestion. Once it
works you can suggest it to yourself easily. Make sure your palms
are together and your grip is tight.
