Subject: Re: anchor - ANSWER, EXAMPLE AND APPLICATION by terry

Killerb..."> But Terry, how would you craft an anchor, let's say a
visual "stroking of the chin", to just you?"

Well, quite simply, the "chin stroke" is a visual anchor...they see
it...and what you can add, to make sure the anchor is YOUR chin
specifically...you can add a little suggestion...like...

"You know, I began to notice something the other day....Have you ever
been WATCHIN' (WHAT-CHIN) someone and they can do something in a
special way and it triggers something , have you noticed that?"

(as you say the words "special way" stroke your chin. You can alter
the phrase somehow and then repeat the words "special way" once more,
and fire anchor. The "what-chin" little command, primes the person's
mind to do two things 1 watch chin 2 and gets the person to ask "what
chin?" etc.)

If ya clever, which we know you are, you might be able to set this
anchor at least three or four times. :oP)

By the way, their answer to the question is unimportant. Your
question is just to get their conscious mind searching, as you
communicate with the subconscious.

If you wanna be more sure about the anchor you set ....try this one...

....with the index finger of your right hand, rub three times just
under your eye (right eye)...this gesture is not often seen, so its
likely to work as a good specific anchor, which only YOU fire...

You might have noticed Bandler rubbing his eye in this way, as he
makes an audience laugh etc. Anchoring a happy, laughing state etc.

You might find yourself thinking up lots of other covert
anchors ....i am sure. :o))
