Thanks ollie for suggesting frogs and princes. I found a weird little magic
shop in Farringdon that sold loads of books etc... Felt really intimerdated
going in there and was being quizzed by the guy behind the counter.
Unfortunatly they didnt have the book, but told me where I might get it! They
had Pure Efffect in there though( kind of pricey at £32, but i suppose
specialist books always will be.) In fact the guy seemed almost rude to me! The
bastard! It pisses me off. I explained that i really had no knowlege,but wanted
to get into it and he rudely suggested that i was only interested in NLP for
one reason only, to pull blokes. He then said that he didnt know much about it
either, which was blatently a lie since he knew my reason for being in there in
the first place. Oh well i'll keep perservering, everyone has to start
somewhere!

read Frogs into Princes. I'm reading it again at the moment and it
gives a good overview of what NLP is about, although it does not
provide you explictly with techniques as other books do. Depends
whether you want a self-help book or one that is relevant to what
Derren does....
