I don't know a whole lot about NLP either, but it was more just him
telling stories about how NLP came about. As an introduction, I would
read Frogs into Princes. I'm reading it again at the moment and it
gives a good overview of what NLP is about, although it does not
provide you explictly with techniques as other books do. Depends
whether you want a self-help book or one that is relevant to what
Derren does....
