The blush thing sounds like it could use a bit of altered state help.
When don't you blush? What are you doing, seeing, hearing – all the
other visualisation stuff.
When do you blush?
Anchor the not blushing (by what ever means works for you) to just
before the blush state.
So the next time you feel you are going to blush you have to go
through all that stuff that doesn't make you blush.

I think you should keep the blush. – Means there's something going
on, on the inside.

I've found personal anchoring to be really useful. The curve on the
top of my monitor is the shape of where my shoulders should be when
I'm relaxed. I then sit up straight to get my shoulders right. I
caught myself doing this several times. Which is when I like to
reinforce it. Might be all wrong NLP wise; but it gets me to sit
properly – So I'll take it.

As for the speed seduction, Hearing anything done badly will sound
painful. Hearing it done well, will work. But on a different level as
you know what's being done and you can enjoy the show. Like seeing a
magician doing tricks you know; but filling the stage with energy.
Speed seduction has worked for me as in so much as, to get
interesting answers you have to ask interesting questions, and
interesting questions work with everyone at any time on any level
about any thing.
Plus feel lucky you didn't hear the person before they learnt
anything about Speed seduction. Watch some bloke nervously or
drunkenly bore a girl to death with work details would be way worse.
For a laugh you should go up to them and help or tell them what they
are doing. Might make for an interesting viewing as their shield and
confidence collapse.
By the way. if you think all of the above is rubbish - you might be
right... :)
