It's all a way of seeing your words/actions control their mind/bodies.
Once they start to take commands you start to recognise the state. Once
you recognise the state you can analyse the suggestive pattern. Once you
have spotted the pattern, you can optimize it :)

If you have read nothing, you will have no basis for experimentation. So,
yes, some prior knowledge is a prerequisite.

LOL - I shall let them answer that properly - try doing it whilst watching
TV adverts to realise HOW they {who are 'they'?} don't make sense.

You may notice how the above 'they' could mean either the ads or the
authors - grammar implies 'they' are the adverts, but I _could_ be trying
to suggest that 'they' are the posters (terry et al.) Geddit? Maybe you
would like to re-read the first line of my reply in this post and ask
yourself "WHOSE OPTIONS am I adding to your list?" ;)
