I understand completely how you feel. I've been interested in hypnosis
for years and have not had the opportunity to practise. It's very
frustrating! Also, as part of a successful hypnotic induction is the
subject's expectation that they will go in to trance, it's less likely
to work if they know you haven't done it before.

Hypnosis/NLP courses are all hundreds of pounds. However, I have found
a cheaper introductory course that may be worth investigating. I've
emailed them to see if there are still places, as I'm keen to go.

There are also quite cheap NLP courses held at Birkbeck College, for
those around London.
