Hi Blue Chip

Thanks for you reply.

I've tried to answer some of your queries here.

> I don't mind for one moment how much you wish to charge. That is
entirely your decision, you have stated clearly what _you_ will give
and what _we_ have to give in return.

Yes I believe its very important for everyone to know what they will
Learn

> What upsets me is the misdirection that has been used against your
peers. I use the word 'peer' as it is a word _I_ would use to
describe the more experienced members of this group - the ones who
are likely to attend.

I agree, there are some very experienced people on this board

> Your "fantastic!!!!!!!" response implies that more than the
prerequired 15 people have applied.

Yes I've had over 15 replies

>And for 16*25 = £400 - well, if you were to book a 55 seater
Seminar Room in Central Londonhnincluding teas/coffees etc.) you
would be looking at a price of about £50..100.

Well i'm going to disagree with you here, but I have chosen my venue
on size / transport link etc.....

I also think the main difference between this course and the
commercial courses i run is that I'm not asking anyone to pay up
front

I'll be collecting money on the day, so 4 people could turn up or
40.

No matter what I will still be covering the cost

> If you wish to charge for your time, why not be open about it?

I'm sorry if you feel i have'nt been open its never been my
intention.

I 've also got to cover camera hire, camera operator, materials , as
well as factor in prepartion time/costs etc,

I know the couse fee is slightly higher than the £20 I originally
planned, but £25.00 is excellent value, for a whole days training

> My personal disappointment in what I see to be a deception does
not mean that the day is not worth what you ask. I would very much
like to attend any such courses, unfortunately I have to work
weekends, and I am unlikely to know where I am working that weekend
until much nearer the time.

And I would love to see you there

>If I am working locally I will try to get there. The second
problem is that you have chosen the weekend on top of my birthday.

> Will you be accepting late bookings?

Of course I will

> Thanks for not getting upset with me. I do have a tendancy
to 'tell things like I see them', and this so often draws negative
attitudes from people - it's genuinely pleasing to see someone is
prepared to defend their position sanely and logically.

BC I welcome your comments, its obvoius that you care alot about the
group.

I hope you are happier with this explanation, I have sent a private
e-mail to the group who have replied, and if you have any further
queries please contact me privately

As for the price it is what it is, but I hope you can attend, I
think you will find it a great day.

Kind Regards

Mark
