Desmond Morris Books:

Rather than list a whole number of books...I would suggest starting
with two...

1 The Human Animal (for a good overview)

or...

2 Peoplewatching (older version was called - Manwatching....same book)

From there you'll be able to explore the areas you find most
interesting yourself. If you can only get one...I think you'll
find 'peoplewatching' most useful.
