This is the method i use most if performing, its very effective, my
little twist i use as text message on their phone!
PS
I completely understand where you are coming from, these method
great for performance etc, but my are of interst is persusion, and
in everyday use rapid induction is not necesarily applicable,
however using a pattern interupt.......
