I used to do a
prank like this at college, where I'd ask if a person
trusted me. Of course they did. Fools! Then, I'd pretend
to deal some cards from my imaginary deck, and ask
them to pick them up & fan them out as if they were
playing a game.
Everyone without exception draws their
hands closer to their chest when you try to peek over
the top of their 'cards'. Then, they sort of realise
how stupid that is.
Don't know if this says my
friends were all gullable or I'm dodgy...
