hahahahahahahah, the Yahoo DB group - its a laugh a day :)
Here is my prediction:
Official group in 2 months:
"Derren likes us much more than those non conformist fools, the
force is ours"
Unofficial group in 2 months:
"Derren likes us much more than those official star struck
teenagers, the force is ours"
Also, as a further prediction. The general group banter will revolve
around these lines:
Official group:
The "gayness" of shoes.
The delights of coconuts.
The latest fashions sported by the effeminately dressed mentalist of
the moment.
How much everyone loves Derren and would like to play chess/have an
orgy/talk about Bach with him.
Unofficial group:
Outlandish theories of how DB achieves his effects.
Wholehearted support and encoragement for the ridiculous theories
detailed above.
Occasional moments of great lucidity and insight into the methods
employed by Derren in his performance.
Wholehearted criticism and shouts of "Don't reveal how he does..."
for verging too close to the truth.
I dare you all to prove me wrong.
