Subject: FREE DAVE!!
For those of you that watched 'this morning' and observed that Derren looked a
little thin and under the weather there is a perfectly logical explanation that
you've all overlooked!
Since i saw Derren at both Birmingham and Lewisham i noticed a very strange
difference. In Birmingham after the show, the man seemed hyper and charming and
i didnt notice the thinness that you all talk about! One week late the man
looked gaunt and tired and seemed to have the weight of the world on his
shoulders, similar to the way he looked on the show today.
The answer is simple. The man has a twin brother named 'Dave!' In Birmingham
and on the stage at Lewisham 'Derren' performed. Then being so tired he let
'Dave' do the public talking outside the stage door and let him have the
pleasure of doing 'this morning.' 'Dave' is a little thinner and always looks
tired since 'Derren' locks him in a box and only lets him out when it is
necessary. Also Derren starves him in a futile bid to prevent him having the
strength to 'break free.' So if derren ever offends anyone it is simply because
it isnt him. Its Dave! The same thing applies in performance....if its a bad
show, its 'Dave.'
Late at night 'Dave' can be seen in Covent Garden performing Punch and Judy
shows....He desperatly wanted to be on Richard and Judy, but Derren didnt let
him:-(
