Recall mention somewhere of a mentalist who used to, out of earshot of the
audience , ask a volunteer their name, and subsequently make the the audience
believe that the volunteer's mind had been 'read' by mentalism ... while also
making the volunteer think that the mentalist was not taking the credit for
knowing the volunteer's name. If that was done in a live theatre show, then it
wouldn't be too hard to replicate for TV.
