May I add that I too could perform some internet slickness of my own
and inform the world (or at least this group) how DB performs Lift,
Reminesce, naming the Vegetable stall guys wedding guests (and the
push around part) and other effects but then I would be hounded by
internet groupies who wonder

a) How the effect is done just for the sake of wonder
b) How to pronounce my screen name

One thing that I have noticed about DB is that without a hell of a
lot of slick editing he is quite crap. Not crap in a bad way, just
in a disappointing way - like when he pulled that notepad out on
stage.
