The simple answer is that yahoogroups is a pain in the butt! Don't reply
via yahoogroups, do it via your mail server, that should sort that one out.
Re: time zones, just sign into yahoogroups, click on Account Info at the top
right of the screen, click on the EDIT button for the Member Info section
(as you can see that says Time Zone in it) - at the bottom of the edit
screen you can select which time zone you're in.
