Thanks Holly ( and everyone else who posted ) - maths have never been my
forte..a real life-long defect - but I loved the way MagicTricks presented the
"effect"! As an aside , a reading recommendation -"Innumeracy - Mathematical
Illiteracy And Its Consquences" by John Allen Paulos published by Penguin -
sounds incredibly dull but is quite the opposite , especially chapters 2 & 3 "
Probability & Coincidence" & "Pseudoscience" respectively - the latter chapter
dealing with subject of Astrology is worth the price of the book on its own!
