Not sure what 'believe in' means, but of course I believe that mnemonic
techniques do what they say, hypnosis is a valid technique. NLP; I have read a
couple of books on the subject and think that there are some theories within
NLP that are valid, and some that come under the heading of pseudoscience and
aren't paricularly valid - but I'm no expert, and this is just my opinion..
