Subject: Re: [Derren Brown] Re: The great divide

DB's image & persona are very much part 'n' parcel of what he does - the
"effect" - & while many in this group do want to analysis & discuss how DB gets
people to produce the effects he wants - that others , esp. females , find him
v.attractive isn't detracting from the discussions - its just a different
angle on what DB does.
Comparing the v. early "Mind Control" progs. to the later ones - DB has changed
a bit from rather 'luvvy' L.L.Bowen clothing ,mannerisms , and presentation to
a much plainer and more direct approach ( strange - so has L.L.Bowen - maybe
they should do a TV prog. together called " Changing Minds - MDV vs NLP " ).
Anyway , if some women who post to this group get off on DB as a person or
sexually , as much as his stage craft , it should be of interest to the male
hetrosexuals amongst us - we may be missing out on something of value!
Thanks Kirsten for explaining it v. much more simply than I have here!
Rich
