Think its partly body language ( in the conventional sense ) plus bio-feedback
( pupil dilation & muscular ideo-motor responses - the 'photo hidden in the
market' being a very probable example of the latter ) , together with
hypnosis/suggestion, & throw in some good old sleight of hand. Don't believe
NLP plays much part what DB does - and feel you'd be better off looking to the
work of Banachek & Corinda instead of Bandler & Grinder ( the latter two these
days are involved in heavy duty law suits against each other...perhaps the
ultimate form of NLP communication skills ; if what you are doing isn't working
- sue 'em!).
