well, i think you'd be hard pushed to find a copy of Trance-formations.In the
true style of magic it seems to have vanished! Im new to all this too, but have
started with f into p, which is "the introduction to neuro-linguistic
programming." I found it in waterstones in the end, so it shouldnt be to hard
to find.
