Subject: Re: A bit of creativity and knowledge needed

Well I did consider time distortion before I posted, but like all
the other things NLP I've discovered that I can read loads of books
and articles and understand the theroy side but when it come to
applying these things to myself I struggle. The thing is I'm not a
very visual person. Everything always says picture this, make it
brighter etc...

I think the only way I could learn time distortion is to get to a
seminar or an NLP trainer. But I can't find any seminars around the
yorkshire area. Hence the post asking for some techniques.

Has anyone experienced the same problem as me. If so how did you
solve it? Any tips on time distortion?? Any tips to learn etc..
Any help on any of the topics would be cool.

@ Miss I Adler - That would be great. Any info you could give me
would be good.

Thanks for the replys.
