I was thinking about offering to photocopy it all, but that may take
some time. Perhaps I will scan a chapter at a time using OCR. It is a
good book and I have no problems sharing it, but I don't want to get
into trouble by copying it. Legally you are allowed to reproduce 10%
of a book. If 10 people here decided to copy a chapter each, we could
all keep within the law. Just a thought. Will try to do something
soon.....
