Subject: To Gareth the Rugbyleaguer

gareth,

My late father was an ex-professional rugby league player in the
1950s. He was a fantastically tough nut mentally: broke his pelvis
aged 7, put in calipers, told he would never walk properly again.
Refused to believe it, would always secretly take it off and
exercise. Recommended for England aged 16 LOL! Also one of the very
few players ever to get his amateur licence back again to play rugby
union down south. Coached brilliantly in psychological ways and
physical ways, and Very very smart, but disciplined.

Email me privately if you want to discuss this sort of stuff.
