Subject: The derren brown prog on fri...
im new here and u all seem v. knowledgable about it all so here
goes...
the very first exercise where he asks us to come towards the screen
and look at the room in the detention centre, and slowly we're
supposed to see sumthing 'v.wrong' with it and we will find
it 'amazing'.And 'it's not the chair'. Now i couldn't see anything ,
it might be because i wasn't listening properly or too hard!? So i
did it again cos i recorded it, nothin'. Only sum freaky lighting
which was present in the next section, so i tried looking '3 feet' up
in the room, at the mesh ('amazing', maze-mesh?). so i made my
brother, mum and t.v engineer dad do it and nothin'. now i was
wondering what everyone else saw and what was it? Forgive me if it
was sumthing really obvious (cos it was late @ nite u'know, y do they
keep changing the times!!) and it wasn't a detention room at all but
a customer toilet in john lewis! or that it was upside down with a
moggy in it.e.t.c i'll be really interested to know. thanks for your
help!
