Who said you can photocopy 5% of a book?
As far as I know, if anyone performs any of those 2 tricks mentioned
can get in big trouble.
The reason Reminiscence is taken out is because it exposes a lot of
the core mentalism tricks and was asked to be taken out so Derren did.
As for Lift, not sure about that but as far as i know - Derren don't
use it no more, although he still loves the effect.
I don't have the 1st edition so i don't know how its done.
