Sorry yes I get u ... what a strange word continence!
Even stranger anyone knows what it means!
I must say continence is a problem I have going to the boys wee-wee
room sometimes, Im not able to pee! But I figured it out, it was a
natural NLP anchor-of feeling like people are watching and I couldnt
go until they dont, cause if I went to a cubicle I could just go
really easily. So now I just say (whatever the circumstance) NOBODY'S
WATCHING! and I can pee like 'that'. Which brings me to an idea I had
about making people unable to urinate as they go to the toilets using
suggestion, but forget that! ;)
