Here's two important factors to bear in mind before heading to the
pub in search of female interest... Confidence and presentation.
Practice is incredibly important. You don't want to give the game
away or fall flat doing the trick.
There is a vast difference between knowing how something's done and
being able to do it yourself.
Some of DB's output is a basic technique with a lot of decoration, or
combined with something else. He might SAY he's doing something, but
that MAY be a distraction to keep your attention away from the real
workings. He's a performer, and he's out to trick you.
So when he asks for a number between 1 and 30 and the person he's
asking says 27, depending on what else he's worked around that
basic 'prediction', you're either impressed or totally blown away.
Try that one, by the way. If not 27, then it might be 25.
David Blaine has a heavy reliance on the editing suite for his shows,
and he uses this force in a watch-tampering trick.
