Rock Paper Scissors - The Official Strategy Guide. Cloaking,
Paper-Clipping, Priming the Chump, Wildman Strategy, The RPS Magician or
How to meet Girls* with RPS, The Barlow Effect (Ken?), The Helpful "Old
Hat" Strategy and.

The Crystal Ball

An advanced strategy is to attempt to enter the head of the opposing
player, not only by pretending to know what they will throw, but telling
them. For example, you can say, "You're going to bring scissors, aren't
you, chump?", thereby instilling a sense of fear in said opponent. You
can be confident that after this comment, a novice opponent will not
throw scissors. Since scissors will not be thrown, you can then throw
paper, knowing that it will not be beaten. However, a true expert will
recognize this as a trick and can respond with "Yeah, I'm throwing
scissors" or "No, I was going to throw rock" thereby confusing your next
throw. Therefore, this tactic should only be used on novices.
