DB website ....

TOUR ADDITIONS AND PARLIAMENTARY AWARDS
Dates have now been added for Newcastle and Kirkcaldy - see revised
list below.

Derren has done some filming for the Parliamentary Awards 2003, which
will be aired this Saturday. He was outside Conservative Central
Office making mischief last week and the results will be shown during
the ceremony.

From C4 page(with thanks to Kb for finding it)...

http://www.channel4.com/news/home/z/special_reports/political_awards/i
ndex.html

"...The programme will be broadcast on Saturday 1st February at
7.30pm on Channel 4..."

Although in the listings it says

20:05 The Channel 4 Political Awards 2003 >
Channel 4 celebrates the fifth anniversary of the Political Awards in
a ceremony hosted by Krishnan Guru-Murthy and featuring contributions
from Rory Bremner, Martin Bell and Guardian cartoonists Steve Bell
and Martin Rowson.

Just make sure you double check the time on Sat.

Can't wait to see Rory Bremner do some crap unfunny impressions<sigh>
