Not THAT different, but it certainly lacks the words "I pretend"

I'm still not convinced. Although his presentation would even suggest
photoreading to a photoreader - that's not to say that he wasn't devious in
some way.

Pendantry is something that I am known for. I use to to remove ambiguity
and inaccuracy, so as to REMOVE confusion. In this case I could have said
"he doesn't say 'pretend'", but that would have sounded simply
confrontational, and having already told a.n.other board member that "oh ne
it isn't" is a lousy way to make your point, I'd would kinda be
hypocritical to do it myself. I also took the effort to ensure that the
sentence I quoted was verbatim - right down to the punctuation - maybe that
could have been mistaken for pedantry, but there are people modelling DB,
they don't want to be mislead by inaccurate quotes.
