Kinesthetic technique for control of breathing in others...
1. pick a subject. (It is best to start with someone shorter than
ones self.)
2. expose subjects neck area by removing any ties, necklace etc.
(although in a complex version of this technique, one may use
these "neck aids")
3. place you left hand around the subjects neck. Adding your right
hand, once the left hand is in place.
4. squeeze your hands using the following time frame...4 seconds
squeeze....4 seconds let go...4 seconds squeeze....4 seconds let
go....and so on
5. You'll be able to control the subjects breathing using the
kinesthetic pattern. Cool ha!
