So, wait, how else would he be able to know a name or a place that I
pick at RANDOM!, yes "have something in your mind, it can be a place
or a name or a RANDOM word, it doesn't matter..." - DO YOU SEE ANY
SUBLIMINAL influencing in there whatsoever??

Also, how on earth can he 'influence' to think of the first person
they kissed or whatever?? How the hell does he know??

And if it's not influencing that you're reffering to, then try and be
more specific.

I personally do think that he watches your posture and your lips.
I've done this with 'reasonable success', with numbers and cards
etc... Where I really do 'READ SOMEONES MIND'. Or read their lips;
whatever you want to call it!! It's the same technique as these Tarot
Readers and 'psychics' use when you step into their tents, and they
just happen to know what you're thinking.

Milton Erickson displayed a perfect example of when he 'fooled' a
psychic. He wrote down a prediction of what the psychic was going to
say, put that prediction into his sons (or friends, cant remember
properly) pocket. He then visited the 'psychic' and said a load of
false names in his mind 'over and over', like what Derren asks his
spectator what to do. The psychic then "read his mind" with the false
names that Erickson had written down in his prediction!

If you want to read the full story, I suggest you purchase:

"My Voice Will Go with You: The Teaching Tales of Milton H. Erickson,
M.D. Milton H Erickson, Sidney Rosen"

Right well, I hope that's over then...

But if anyone does know to any books that teach the genuine 'mind
reading' feat that Derren performs regularly, the one he did on
Jonathan Ross and Richard Blackwood, then please direct me
accordingly...

Thanks.
