The ideas that spring to my mind:
# There is a foot stamp the second time, but I have not watched tooo
closely to see who's foot stamps
# Derren is moving his hand for a second or so before the guy goes
down. Did DB start wiggling his hand and take the punch cue from the student?
# Other peoples' flinching. I always flinch when blokes take a blow to the
groin on TV.
# A twist of the shoulder could cause the sound of friction on his shirt.
# Anything reflective on the other side of the room

but no decisions yet :(
