Iv just looked into this, and sadly you are right,
My main motivation was to let magicians in the usa see Derren's great
work as when ever anyone from the uk sends videos over, they cannot
play them. It cost me a lot in equipment and time
However, I did believe that you were allowed to record anything on
tv, apparently your right and you can not.
Sadly therefore the offer is now closed,
