I'd like to say something to this - have you ever been inspired by
someone? have you ever seen someone perform and thought "I wish I
could do that"? If not, then you won't understand where the majority
of us are probably coming from.

Before you next take someone else's opinion in vain, please think
over what you're going to say - you can make apoint without trying to
hurt people's feelings and "slag them off".

There is nothing wrong with deconstructing a trick/routine. They are
meant to be astonishing and thought-provoking - i can see what you
mean by a custom repertoire being a personal thing, but really, when
you perform on the tv and to live audiences, it is no longer "only
yours".

Others have seen it, and will, as is the way with human nature, want
to understand it. That's the lure of magic.

Sorry if this sounds a bit rash, but if you can share your views, so
can i.
