Do you really feel it is more likely that he is somehow able to hypnotise
several people to negatively hallucinate than it is that he has deceived them
with magical trickery?
Have you ever watched this trick performed? If DB had given waking suggestions
to the other girls - who knows what - to the effect that they concentrate on
something other than him, then he quite easily could have performed this simple
trick without the girls any the wiser. *NB And could have done this without
waking hypnosis!
Derren must love this word play. People who admire him constantly going back
and forth as to how, and how, and how.
Maybe it's just DB being a good magician/performer? Lets stop thinking that DB
is a world class mind-reader/influencer, and realise that he is, because of all
this publicity, probably one of the best mentalists on the planet?

hi
i have seen a trick avertised using IRT to touch the
back of someones hands but i dont think that would
feel like a finger touching you hand very much i agree
with other suggestions about the other girls dont you
think it more likely that he hypnotises the other
girls into not seeing him touch her , i think its
critical to the trick when he askes them how many
times and they say none . look at the blonde ladies
eyes when he does this trick she isnt looking at his
hand at all!! niether the other lady when he first
does this . they go vacant .
i though i fully had the betting worked out but the
four/for is part of it if he does indeed choose four
both time , but agian fairly unlikely because he has
the guy choose the dog most likely to come last and it
does , not unless he buys a ticket every time till 4
comes last then only show this on tv.
you know darren can make somebody go into trance
immedialty as a blueness in tge back of the hand
demonstrates so he is doing that with the betting .
the coin trick, well there is a technique that you can
use to tell which hand a coin is in and its nothing to
do with your hand is feeling heavy although that
suggestion will make a difference and you could use it
but derren is using another technique and stringing
the trick out . read steve banacheks psychological
stubtleties if you want to know how its done , derren
quotes this alot in pure effect .
