when you use the interupt it should support the
persons ongoing perspective of reality .
the punter with derren sets up the pattern in earshot
of the till girl
its the confidence in the punter when he says this is
the winning ticket that makes her think it is , then
he bangs the glass as she notices it not the ticket .
he then quickly tell her it is again while she is in
the interupt mode . look in the files section on this
site to see how lingustic interupts work be supporting
the ongoing scenario.
the first girl might well be laughing as there is a
camera there but the interput wont havce resigtered in
her so she is still being influenced only with a smile
( it can happen you know , think of a joke where
someone interupts you and you cant rember the
punchline )
