For the coin trick I actually guessed the first four hands myself by
watching for non-verbal signs in the participants hands. The most
obvious one is either the third or fourth guessing attempt (I can't
remember which), the participants thumb on the hand he has the coin
in tightens!
I didn't guess the last one because they were crossed and it kind of
through me off but I should have guessed it as it was an unconscious
attempt at covering up the lie by putting the hand with the coin
under the empty hand.
As for the dog track, I don't think all of that was genuine
especially when you get to see Derren and the man go up to collect
the winnings. I believe this because, if you watch the first time
Derren goes up by himself with out the cameras you can see that he
doesn't bang the window, but I noticed how he made a deliberate move
from the left hand side to the right hand side of the window, and he
always address the girls on the right hand side of the window when
apparently putting in the suggestion, any thoughts. I think this
trick my stay an enigma for some time.
