Nah, that wasn't a dig, i was being helpful. I assume that
the "Don't worry, I got it:", was you getting the fact that i was
trying to do you a favour.
"DB published the first edition himself. It contained 'Reminiscence'
and 'Lift'. He published a second edition from which he deleted these
two items. His deal with Richard Hatch was that he (DB) would sell
the book directly for a few months, and then sell the rights to
Richard. He did.
Richard Hatch thereby acquired the rights to publish the version of
the book which does not contain 'Reminiscence' and 'Lift'. This sold
out. Now they have had some more copies printed. No 'Reminisence',
no 'Lift'.

The reason for my post for those who don't get it, was the fact that
the lecture video, has two performances 'Reminiscence' and 'Lift' and
only costs 25 bucks and is still available. *Note* He does not
explain in great detail.
Might i add a few points about 'lift', it is clever, although i have
seen and I am also aware of similar such tricks. I will not give it
away, since i probably give too much away. Two Monkey's hear, two
monkeys do.
